Solution : stop buying the product.
I was addicted to coffee and was a very loyal customer of a very popular brand of coffee, for many years. I took part in a contest and sent in many enteries. But throughout the period of the contest, I did not win a single prize.
I stopped buying the product and turned to other brands. I was very happy to discover that one of the new product I tried was even better than the brand I was using! I now buy this new brand and am very satisfied with its taste.
