Purchases made at warehouse sales are always at risks as most of the time its not exchangeable. For cosmetic and skincare products, always beware of the manufacturing/expire dates. If you are new user for skincare, please consult or get sampling from the respective brands before making purchase at warehouse sales.
the person incharge should organized to put a peoples on que!!!! today it was worstttt!!!!a lots of people doesnt know how to que and the people who is coming late but get in first to shop..and when we are inside the ballroom, the peoples who finished shopping but sitting inside the ballroom, resting!…and make the place very crowd…

Indeed, the queue line STARTED further front from the leave your bags section. It should be in linear for easier control. People had to queue up to Lot 10 under the hot sun.
Limiting customers time inside is good.
The queue is long, weather is hot…really not a good day. Hate those ppl who cut queues…. they came late but cutting the queue by finding a fren who’s already queueing infront….
But this round , really appreciate the organiser penalised those who grab a lot but then sitting on floor to choose the items they want, leaving those unwanted on the floors.
Who can tell me was there so little Shu Uemura skincare, I can’t find any, even around noon time?
It was so badly organised. They should not let people sit inside the sales area …there were many who were choosing what to buy & what to leave behind & they were taking up so much space…just sitting on the floor & talking & taking their own sweet time…and they didn’t organise the que properly…people were pushing…they let those who came in late go in first…but when I finished & came out around 12pm, I saw that people were lined up properly…guess they finally got things in order although I saw the que stretched all the way to Lot 10!

Purchased at owners own risk you say, this is quite off putting, however if brand names are something to go by, then there should be no problem.
