Organised by the Japan Club to raise funds for deserving Malaysian charities.

Miwako Tsunoda, president of the Japanese Women’s Association, said there would be Japanese drum performances, folk dances, Japanese koto recital and a junior choir consisting of primary school children from Japanese schools. There will also be Malaysian dances performed by one of the organisations that the club supports.
Noriko Ikeno, Vice-President of the bazaar organising committee said some 70 booths would be set up, with all manner of handicraft made by members of the Japanese Women’s Association. These include Christmas decorations like snowmen and wreaths, toys, cloth bags (crocheted, patchwork), beautiful ornaments made out of chirimen, a Japanese cloth, origami gift boxes, cross-stitched cushion covers, animal sculptures made of crystal, decoupage pictures and a host of items which you will not be able to find elsewhere as all of these are made lovingly by the ladies themselves.
